Job Description

I am working with a metals industry company that is seeking a Corporate Reliability Engineer that can be based at plants in Southern, Southeastern, or Eastern USA.. This role reports to the Corporate Director Maintenance Reliability and will be focused on developing, training, troubleshooting, and upgrading maintenance reliability systems and improving plant reliability performance across plants here in the USA. This is a high-profile role with strong career track into management functions with 50% travel.

Requirements:

· BS (Engineering or Technical) degree

· 10+ years of heavy industry maintenance/reliability engineering

· Maintenance reliability expert within metals smelting, remelt, casters, rolling mills, etc.

· Maintenance reliability expert with ERP/CMMS, TPM, and RCM systems

· Must be US Citizen

· Desired – CMRP, CRE, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification

· Desired – Maintenance/Reliability management expertise

Our client is generally targeting the $120K to $150K base salary range plus annual with great benefits and relocation package.
